2 july 2010 - Haapsalu, Tulbi street. M.K.Reis-X won a 7,5 year contract to operate most of the Läänemaa regional bus routes and Haapsalu city routes. They started here in July 1 2010 and by the end of the september all the buses at the region have to be brand new. The route 23 was formerly serviced by Haapsalu Autobaas
