18 august 2011 - Sanok - Olchowce, ul. Przemyska. 3 lata temu powyższy Medium złamał się na pół. Wtedy jednak podjęto decyzję o reanimacji tego wozu i zrobieniu NG. Dzięki temu do tej pory jeszcze jakoś śmiga. Wszystko wskazuje jednak na to, że w przyszłym roku wraz z 229 zakończy eksploatację liniową. SPGK planuje zastąpić 2 najstarsze Mediumy Autosanami Sancity 10LE/LF, które na początku 2012r. wejdą do produkcji.
