15 july 2016 - Vilnius, Konstitucijos prospektas. Under my previous photo of this bus I wrote that 2015 should be the last year of Karosa buses but... Looks like they will survive even through 2017 as no tenders were called for new buses/trolleybuses and the "magical private operator with 100 new buses" doesn`t seem like to be coming very soon.

+1As far as I remember some polish companies were interested in taking part in this tender for serving routes in Vilnius. Did they cancel the tender?

"Small operator" which never operated any routes and never had any buses has taken to court Vilnius municipality claiming that "tender is unfair for lesser companies and is suitable only for big players and that is against "normal competition". That was stupid move and they failed but still, tender is delayed and we still don`t know what and when will it happen.
