29 april 2004 - Warszawa pętla Sadyba.. Jest to juz druga obsada tego numeru na Chełmskiej. Wcześniejsze 5490 zostało przerzucone na Kleszczową (R-11) 17.01.1998 (razem ze swoim "braciszkiem" 5491 ob. 5416) i "kryje" się teraz pod numerem 5415. W czerwcu 2003r w spadku po Inflanckiej, Chełmska dostała wóz 5452, który obecnie jeździ jako 5490
