9 august 2004 - Seaton, Devon, UK. One of the reasons that people ride the Seaton tramway is to see nice views of the river estuary - I ride it to see nice views of the trams! This double-decker is a miniature version of a London Feltham tram of the 1930s (which were not open-topped, of course). Sorry about the traction pole…….
